Being in the Right Place at the Right Time (to Help the Right Person)

I copied and pasted this from my FB page. It's an experience that happened to me last Saturday....

Just want to share a simple but beautiful experience. I woke up this morning at 6:30 AM wide awake. The spirit told me to go to the Bountiful temple right away. So I did. When I got the temple, it was so busy there was an hour wait for initiatory. I waited. I felt a voice say, "everything happens for a reason. All is well." When I came out, a lady stepped right into my changing room, so I had to wait. I felt a voice again say, "Everything happens for a reason. All is well." I then felt that someone was about to turn the corner and I was in "the right place at the right time". Just then a sweet sister turned the corner and her eyes lit up when she saw me. "Oh my goodness how are you?" she said. She looked familiar but I couldn't place how I knew her. As we began to talk she refreshed my memory of how we had met several months prior. It had been another one of those moments where the spirit told me to attend a class in Farmington. It was a class I had attended before and didn't understand why I would need to go again. But I went. When it had ended, I felt I needed to stay and just wait in a corner...so I did. That was when I met this sweet lady and her sister. We talked that night how our meeting was meant to be. Something happened that night too sacred to share here, but it was then I knew that, that had been the reason I was prompted to go. So I could have that experience and meet these beautiful ladies. ...fast forward to today. The lady told me that she had been woken by the spirit at 5:30 AM and told to go to the temple. So she did. She had been having a very rough week and praying for answers and help for peace, happiness and healing. The spirit told her to go to the temple and she would find her answer. When she ran into me, we began to talk and the things I began to share were the answers she was seeking. I had no idea. She said she has seen my picture a lot lately and I had been on her mind but she didn't know how to find me. I gave her my number and I'm so humbled and happy to see what happens from here. I just wanted to share how awesome the blessings are when we are in tune to the spirit, obedient, and allow the Lord to use us has instruments in His hands. So happy today!!

Update...

Just an update from my temple story. A month ago, the Lord told me he would start to send people into my life whom he wanted me to help and to be ready at all times to help them. I have been humbled at how amazing his orchestrations are. I continue to be in the right place at the right time to help the right person. If off by just a minute or slight distraction these moments wouldn't happen. He is amazing!!

A Modern Sign in the Heavens

Last weekend we were sitting in the driveway waiting for fireworks to start and we noticed the bright stars in the western sky. There were two that were very bright, the brightest in the sky that my children were drawn to. I immediately said, "Those are not stars, that's Jupiter and Venus".

I wondered why I had said that. It felt as though I had always known that but my brain was wondering if it were true. My husband pulled out his phone with his astrology app that maps the sky, and he confirmed what I had just said.

Not realizing at the moment that I was in the midst of witnessing a sign in the heavens, I enjoyed the beauty of those planets (stars).

A few days later my sister called me and  told me that the planets Jupiter and Venus were about to align for the first time since Jesus was born. She told me to watch at 9:30 pm.This was the star of Bethlehem? I was very interested to learn more. Unfortunately that night there was a large thunderstorm that came though. In fact, earlier that day the radio station was interrupted by an alert from the Emergency Broadcast System warning us the Salt Lake City would be hit with quarter sized hail and severe lightening and that residents were to go inside an move to the lowest level of their homes for safety. I had never heard that before and my son and I looked at each other with an eerie feeling. Sure enough the big storm came,and because of it we were not able to see the planets lined up.

As I decided to learn more I watched this incredible video that my sister shared with me about this star. Because the video was from 2007 I wondered if anything new had been observed about meanings behind this Bethlehem Star appearing again this week? Was there meaning to this? Any prophecies?


I found this article that was quite the eye opener for me. Though all it could say about the star this week was that it indeed is a sign that the Savior will return, it mentions many other prophecies being fulfilled and is very interesting.

This is the year of the Shemitah and I don't find it just a coincidence that the Star of Bethlehem is making it's second appearance during this year. It appeared at Christ's first coming, and it must now means that Christ is soon making His return. We know according to scripture and LDS doctrine that Christ will make several appearances before His appearance to all the world. Could this sign represent His first appearance in ushering in His final Second Coming?

• JST, Luke 21:25   And he answered them, and said, In the generation in which the times of the Gentiles shall be fulfilled, there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars; and upon the earth distress of nations with perplexity, like the sea and the waves roaring. The earth also shall be troubled, and the waters of the great deep;

• Doctrine and Covenants 98:93 And immediately there shall appear a great sign in heaven, and all people shall see it together.
• The national and world headlines in the five days leading up to this sign in the heavens are also a bit interesting. I won't say much about that, but suggest you go take a look. Many match up to events mentioned in prophecy and scripture. 

It's a time to be excited. The Savior is coming sooner than we think!

A Sifting is Coming

I presented at a conference at Weber State University last week. Later, a woman came up to my booth and shared with me a video she had recently put together about warnings from 1971 about the days we now live in. I asked her to send me the link and she decided to change the video form private to public. It's very surreal and powerful coming from prophets who have since passed. Definitely speaks volumes to those who have eyes to see and ears to hear.

I have heard from family members that the leaders in their stakes continue to warn the members that the saints are biggest offenders of breaking the Sabbath and not keeping it holy. The first presidency is worried about the saints and that they are becoming more gray. There is report of some very important training that will be coming down from the first presidency to help prepare the saints to change their ways. A sifting is coming and it's so important to not be sitting on the fence over any commandment.

A Real Voice of Warning

A dear friend of mine shared this experience with me and it has reminded me of the reality of angels in our life. They are always around us on the Lord's errand and protecting us!

I have had many great spiritual experiences, but the most dramatic one was when I was about 16 years old.

My brother had been dating a girl, two counties over from where we lived.  I had been bugging my brother over and over to take me to meet her as their relationship was getting serious, so finally one Sunday afternoon after church he gave in to his little sister and we started driving over to meet her.  We had been driving for a while when an audible voice said to me “prepare for an accident”; I looked over at my brother and said "what did you say?" he responded “I didn't say anything”.  I was taken- back by his answer as I just knew I heard him say that.  

As I was meditating on the situation, the voice came to me a second time and said “prepare for an accident”; I looked over at my brother and ask him again "what did you say?" , he replied again he hadn't said anything; at this response I was getting agitated and I blurted out; "you did to! I heard you!" and he still insisted he hadn't said anything. 

As we were driving along the audible voice again spoke the same words and this time it was so powerful it felt like a bolt of lightning going through my body and I bolted in my seat and exclaimed "OK!"  he now had my attention as he proceeded to give me instructions.  He told me when he said “now” I was to hit the floor and put my arms up over my head. In those days there were no seat belts and I was riding in the front passenger seat known then as the death seat. We drove a little longer and the road was a rolling country road when all of a sudden a car coming toward us was driving in the middle of the road coming straight at us over the top of the hill.  The audible voice said in a very powerful commanding voice “NOW” and I hit the floor putting my arms around my head as instructed. My brother swerved the car to a hard right making the car go out of control and as he swerved a hard left to correct it landed in the ditch; as we continued along the ditch, I kept hearing parts of the car flying apart as I thought we will be next; then all of a sudden we ran into something and the car stopped. 

 The car stopped at a culvert where a bunch of tumble weeds had gathered against it making a big soft pillow where the car came to a soft complete stop. I came up off the floor and looked at my brother to see trickles of blood from his forehead dripping off his nose as he said “sis , are you alright?; I said I was and was so scared I climbed right over the top of him through the driver open side and ran upon the highway.  A lady was swinging on her porch swing and saw the whole accident and as I approached her she let out a blood- curdling scream as if she had seen a ghost, which scared me about as much as the accident.  My brother came up after me and the lady called the police. The police arrived and asked us if we were hurt and my brother said no except a little cut on his forehead and I said I had no injuries at all and was fine; not a scratch on me.  The car was completely totaled with not much left of it.

I have never heard another voice since like that audible voice, only strong mind impressions of impending dangers of which I always pay attention to.  I am so thankful to the guiding voice of that day and plan to ask who that was that helped us when I go to the other side. 

Half Hour of Silence

Once in a while I find things that are very intriguing and I'll post them. Here is something that a friend of mine found in a forum and sent to me. I do not have the web link but this a copy and paste from someone anonymous. Just read it and ponder and see what comes to your mind. :)

I'm not saying this is the 1/2 hour of silence ending, but it is pretty coincidental that the following numbers match up exactly.

1/2 hour of silence, based on 1000 years to the Lord would be:

20 Years
09 Months
20 Days

President Benson was the last prophet to boldly and over the conference center pulpit speak out about communism, socialism, and gadianton societies. Since his time we have moved into a faith, hope, and charity model at conference.

President Benson died on 30 MAY 1994

Doing the math, if you calculate 20 years, 9 months, and 20 days since his death, the end of the half hour of silence is on:

20 March 2015 (that is this month)

On the Jewish calendar it falls on New Years Eve and on 1 Nissan because the Jews tell their time from sunset to sunset.

On 1 Nissan this year, or 20 March 2015, we will have the Solar Eclipse in the middle of the blood moon tetrad.

I don't know about the rest of the world, but on top of all that, the Western United States fasted to have the famine of rain and of investigators end by request of the Prophet.

How does the Lord stop a physical drought and a famine of spirituality in the world? He preaches with lightning, thunder, and shaking of the earth. He shakes up governments and economies. Could we see an increase in natural disasters like a early spring meltdown in the east which would cause flooding? Maybe an earthquake in the west. Perhaps even pre-shocks to the economy leading up to the October Shemita judgement?

IT JUST SEEMS TO ME THAT THAT IS A LOT OF COINCIDENCE!

The "WHY" to the 1/2 hour of silence in Heaven

As I thought about it, silence denotes reverence to something special. In sacred events spectators, participants, and bystanders come to attention, and silently stand (or sit) still, while reverently watching. 

Here are a few instances:

Temple ordinances
Sacrament
Birth of a child
The pledge of allegance 
Prayers
Other religious ordinances
At funeral processions and funerals
Weddings 
Other ceremonies
And special awards 

I can think of no other more important time for silence in Heaven than just before the return of earths rightful King, the Second Coming of our Savior- Jesus the Christ.

It might be that the inhabitants of Heaven are also commanded to remain silent in preparation of that sacred event. What better announcement than to preplan "everyone put on your best garments when we are asked to become silent!" Or they may be asked to change into their best clothing days in advance. 

Silence denotes respect, reverence, honor, praise, appreciation, and love. All the best when the Bridegroom comes to claim His bridesmaids.

When we see the final sign in heaven that Christ is coming to earth, I think after all the distraction we will witness, then seeing Christ finally coming we will all be in awe...we will all be SILENT....watching......and so thankful that the time has finally arrived!
