I am O- . An interesting article. My questions started as scientific questions like why rh- , where did it come from and why rh +? And I got overwhelmed. From we are remnants of ancient blood which makes no sense in regards to the we all came a monkey in Africa theory. To things like all this knowledge and we still can't replicate O- blood? But are getting close. Things like as far back as we can determine all royal family to the all presidents have been related by rh- bloodline except one Van Buren. To question like who was the first white person in scripture ? Being that Adam was described being the color of dirt or clay?ruddy which people interpret as red hair but it says ruddy skin ? That took me to the birth of Noah from the book of Enoch http://www.sacred-texts.com/jud/loj/loj106.htm this is where we get all of these websites that assume we are the offspring descendants of angry angels? Which in turn would create an issue with the whole we are all the same from monkey people from pangea Africa issue . Even though we have different non mixable blood basically we are a similar but different species like a horse to a zebra we can breed once but after that not without man made interference. In the end I was left with nothing but confusion . But questions in my mind like how over time was racism more than a skin deep issue? Was it because they new the outcome of mixing blood? Is this where arranged marriages came from? So many side plots and twists. a fun test survey your closest friends, your Co-workers the ones you trust and admire even your boss who hired you. If you are Rh- I am guessing that at least 50% will also be Rh- . In my case it was 5 out of 7 in my workplace all different nationalities not all white , My wife's family all O- my family as far back as I could go all O- and some A- I'm from Italian , Danish, English descendants. Rh- accounts for less than 15% of the world's population is is rapidly shrinking but somehow we find each other unknowingly how? Why? Such a weird thing .Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4406659470957290780.post-59644329119563743872017-09-05T11:58:43.733-07:002017-09-05T11:58:43.733-07:00Wow! Maybe I will have to consider a part 2 for this article. 😊Lindseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02467129728512963883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4406659470957290780.post-8136558221392258672017-09-05T00:21:59.864-07:002017-09-05T00:21:59.864-07:00Fascinating article, thank you for putting this to...Fascinating article, thank you for putting this together. It gives me much to ponder. Two comments I wanted to add: 1) Red heads - in a BYU class years ago, we studied the facsimiles in the Book of Abraham. We know that Abraham's father tried to sacrifice him and an angel intervened, but what is interesting is that we learned of a (possibly Egyptian?) ritual of human sacrifice to renew the life of the Pharoh that included finding a first born son with RED hair, let him sit on the throne for 3 days and then sacrifice or feed him to the crocodiles. Something horribly twisted, but the professor concluded the facsimile of Abraham almost being sacrificed as a young boy connected with parrallelled this ritual, and may have even been that particular ritual, and that Abraham may have had red hair as well. The red hair was not the main point of his lesson, but it stuck out to me because I thought it was such a random detail. Why red hair? So odd. It came to mind as I read this article though and made much more sense if anciently red hit was seen as holy, and was doubly interesting to me, reading the comment made above about Joseph's hair possibly being red as well.
Genealogy...Living in the Past Lane!https://www.blogger.com/profile/05095930526201958585noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4406659470957290780.post-62223626487879637182017-08-16T19:11:39.986-07:002017-08-16T19:11:39.986-07:00Very interesting! I just watched a movie about him over the weekend, and my primary partner talked about him that same day in her primary lesson. He's been on my mind a lot. I'll have to check this out. :)Lindseyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02467129728512963883noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4406659470957290780.post-4850847553214759722017-08-16T16:32:34.649-07:002017-08-16T16:32:34.649-07:00I've been reading many passages in your blog l...I've been reading many passages in your blog lately, I came over because of your recent post about the eclipse. Anyways, this post mentions red headed people anciently being considered special and holy. Then today I was watching this video of David Rohl (an egyptologist) explaining the timeline of Joseph in Egypt...and he talks about a statue/bust found in a tomb, possibly of Joseph, and the statue had red paint on the head. He talks about this about 1:46:00
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QEm-ovpMM5c Thought that might be interesting...Rebeccahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11888304209768427120noreply@blogger.com
